Interest : Gardening - this year's plan (2010) is to try and incorporate more bee-friendly plants. I have been looking at the things I grow now and, even though I have quite a few suitable plants, it was noticeable how few bees I saw last year.

.Reading: M&B Modern (of course), the great Diana Norman, Sergeanne Golon and the Angelique series, some sci-fi (not so keen on fantasy), pretty much anything that catches my attention. Belong to a Reading Group at my local library
My old, deaf but still perky cat.
Film: again I have pretty catholic tastes and see a lot at my local independent cinema.
