I am having the same problem
I am having the same problem bought an ebook and first it downloaded the wrong book then after several emails back and forth then nothing would download they then refunded the money, yesterday I bought 8 of the new books and can't get any to download!

Hi.
Used to download multiple ebooks, but a few months ago it kept on coming up with errors - essentially browser can't connect with libredigital. This means no ebooks and no ability to read the first chapter previews of books either. I have no other internet problems, it appears to be the only site with issues...
I emailed M&B and they simply refunded me for the last ebook I bought. Great, but doesn't solve the problem. Missing M&B! Don't really have space to store all the books I want to buy, and also, as I can't read the previews, loath to buy in case I don't enjoy the style.
Any ideas? Seems like lots of people have had the same sort of error when I look through this thread, but nobody has made any suggestions on how to solve.

Unable to download e-books
So it's like this, why is this happening now. I have paid good money for these books yet I cannot download it. My question is: Is it temporary, can I download it later or have I just lost my money?

I am getting this same problem. Bought a book 5 days ago, downloaded and read no problem. Yesterday I cannot download my most recent purchase or browse any books. Nothing on my laptop has changed! No software installs or updates.
 This is very frustrating having paid the money for the book.Â
It seems to me that M+B could actually do with reading comments here and and actually giving some advise!
"acs.libredigital.com" cannot be found
Does anyone know if this problem affects everyone who wants to download or only to specific systems? I'm running windows vista with AVG as my Internet Security. Had no problems last time I bought from Mills & Boon, which was in Jan 2011 & I had Mcafee. Any help or thought would be appreciated.Â

Has anyone on this thread had the problem resolved? I also can't download books and wonder if I should just give up now, save myself a headache and ask for a refund?
Unable to download ebooks
I have the same problem as has been documented a number of times in the past, when I try to download books that I have bought I just get a message saying that the internet explorer cannot connect to the acs.libredigital.com. I have recieved an email asking me to make sure the the Adobe Digital Editions has been downloaded, this has been adn it is working correctly. Does anyone know how long it has taken for this issue to be fixed in the past?

I am having the same trouble. I can't download any of the books I have just bought and I cannot preview any books either. I have tried everything including restarting to see if the problem was on my side but I don't think it is. I have never ha this problem before. I have not heard back regarding the email i sent and was wondering if anyone was able to find a solution?

I purchased a book 2 days ago and am unable to download it. Â More distressing in a way is that I have submitted 2 "contact us" to Mills and Boon and even though, after posting, the message says we will contact you soon - I have heard nothing. Â Very disappointing.

Not sure what the problem is. Abobe is installed and working but when I click download in my ebookself, It takes me to a google page and says
Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect to uatacs.libredigital.com
Tried refreshing page and doing manual search but it doesnt recognise the link.

I seem to be having a problem downloading purchased Ebook.
 When I click on download now it takes me to an error page all the time. Anyone else have this problem? My adobe reader works and I've never had this sort of problem before.

I'm having the same problem as Lorraine! If someone can delete all my duplicate posts because of this I'll be very pleased!
On a different topic- it just took me ages to find the threads for the specific series. Can they have a section heading on their own in the forums listings? It doesn't seem particularly intuitive to have them under the Cafe heading.

Every time I clicked on my bookmark link I got a blank page with this:
I was never able to even log in.Â

Got the same problem. Getting a blank screen when try to upload, then find it has actually gone through. Managed to put a book review on 3 times because of this.
Now find I'm having the same problem here but worse as its not going through at all at times. This is the second message I've sent on this subject. The first did not go through at all.

Hi,
Major problems tonight. Could not initially get into the post a book review site, just had a screen with Contact 2 at the top.Â
Also would not log me in properly. Everytime tried to get into My Profile just had blank screen. Although it was allowing me to read everything, my user name was not showing in the pink box, search area, to the right.
Eventually managed to get my name to show, and to get into post a book review, but when I clicked submit it just gave me a blank screen. Fiddled around with it several times and now see that it has actually uuploaded the review 3 times, although there was no indication that it had gone the first time
More Problems
I started experiencing the same problem Michelle mentioned of posting and it goes to a blank screen. If I shut down the screen and come back to the site I discover that the posting was successful, but it is discouraging.
Problems
1. Everytime I post, it goes to a blank screen rather than back to the thread. If you reload thinking it is slow, you get multiple posts. I find I actually have to open a new window. This has just started.
2. There remains problems with friending.
3. When I sign in, I get an error message but if I close that window and open a new one, I am signed it.
