Is it hot in here?

Caro, Sarah Mayberry is an

Caro, Sarah Mayberry is an Australian author and hers tend to be set in Aussie (though I did read one I liked set in France). I know what you mean about NA geared though. I was thinking about writing one but was told on the US Harlequin boards that the editors did like at least one of the characters to be North American.  Sarah's aren't but maybe they're the exception rather than the rule. I too would like to see them set in different countries and different nationalities but I think the reason they're geared toward the American market is because they sell really well there.

Just my two cents though!

Blaze - I keep trying it

I think I was spoilt by Vicki Lewis Thompson's 'After Hours' (2003), one of the first Blazes I read.  Eileen and Shane  (and their story) are a fantastic, sexy couple.  If anyone wants a recommendation to try - this is mine.  All other books in this series I have since tried pale beside this one! I would like to see some UK set books and from UK authors.  I know Miranda Lee did publish a couple of books in the Blaze line but it now seems to be USA geared & written.
