I see from the Home page that I am the Featured Member. This is indeed an honour.
I think it is because I partcipated in the beta testing, or maybe it was because they figured I'd stick around.
Personally I think it is great that M&B now has its own community. Books are published on a slightly different schedule to North America and there is a lot of great things happening at M&B.
For example, on 2 May, Sheila Hodgson, Sharon Kendrick, Natasha Oakley and I will be appearing at the Hexham Book Festival on 2 May. If anyone is up in the North East, we'd be delighted to have you in audience.
In personal news:
My eldest son has just phoned. He is back on British soil after spending a week in Russia. This time, British Airways have reunited him with his bag. The last time he travelled, the bag arrived a day later.
