Misplaced titles
These two stories are of varying quality. I don`t find that either of the titles fit the stories, although they are good titles. The first story is not
A One-of-a-Kind Family by Holly Jacobs, HSR Feb10 #1615
This is an amazing story. Jacobs finds several opportunities to inject plenty of glee into the story and that is one very good thing. But more important she has written a story about the "Dignity of Risk". This is something that every family who has a child with a disability must face. Not every family will make the same decisions and the point of risk for every person is different.
Plan B: Boyfriend by Ellen Hartman, HSR Dec09 #1603, Hometown USA
Take a dash of humor, add one ticked off heroine, mix in one drama challenged hero and what do you get?
Someone Like Her- Janice Kay Johnson
Big city hot shot - Adrian-meets small town cafe owner-Lucy. The meeting comes about when the homeless woman Lucy (and the rest of the town) has befriended is injured and is identified as Adrian's mother.
From a big, close family, Lucy has ties Adrian has no experience of. To win Lucy, however he may have to consider a change of lifestyle.
Snowbound
A teacher driving a minibus with 8 teenagers in it is caught in an unexpected blizzard. Finally reaching a remote mountain lodge run by a taciturn ex-soldier they are physically safe but the teacher's heart is definately in danger. A RITA Award winning story, 'Snowbound' will keep you curled up in front of the fire as if was snowing outside.
Her Favourite Husband

A very unique setting and plot revolving around Canada's far north and the diamond industry. And one of the best first lines I've ever read..."As soon as she saw him, she wanted to feel him inside her."
Donna
The Boyfriend’s Back by Ellen Hartman, HSR May09 #1563, Going Back
Hartman has a winner on her hands. She is an author with dry sense of humor and she uses it to good advantage.
Snowbound

This is one of the free downloads this year for Harlequin's 60th and I was really looking forward to getting into it for a couple of reasons.
